The short listed topics entries will be presented at a Blake Event at Bognor Regis Library at 6.30pm on Wednesday 3rd December. More details to follow.
IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF William Blake A POETRY COMPETITION WITH A LOCAL FOCUS
The poem should be no more than 500 words in length and the closing date is 31st October 2025.
Its content should have a local setting and written in the style of William Blake, pick up his themes or be about him.
The top six entries selected by the judges will be presented at the Blake event at Bognor Regis Library at 6.30 pm on Wednesday 3rd December, when the winning entries will be performed by actress Jean Rogers.
The event will be introduced by Simon Brett. There will be three prizes of £250, £150 and £75, sponsored by the Bognor Regis Heritage and Arts Partnership.
The top six entries will be posted on the Blake Cottage Trust website as well as the Bognor Regis Heritage and Arts Partnership website www.blakecottage.org and www.bognorregistrails.co.uk
